Sewage Treatment Systems For Offices

Thanks to their increased usage, sewage treatment systems for offices typically require more frequent inspections compared to domestic drainage systems. As well as their higher levels of capacity, offices may also have large-scale kitchens or canteens, resulting in enhanced levels of cleaning products used or grease and oils poured down drains.

Meanwhile, some office blocks may have periods of time where they are empty, for example weekends or shutdowns over Christmas. This means that the levels of sewage and use of your sewage treatment system fluctuates, a factor that can impact the efficiency of your drainage system.

As such, it is essential that offices have the correct sewage treatment system in place to deal with the maximum capacity of said office block, that it is frequently maintained to prevent any costly issues, and that your premises remains compliant with the 2020 Septic Tank Regulations.

This is where the team at Proseptic come in. Experienced in commercial sewage treatment, we can offer you the best advice and sewage treatment service available. Depending on your unique situation, we will always employ our expertise to find the solution that suits the requirements of your premises.

Drainage Services For Offices

At Proseptic, we have a wide range of drainage services suitable for office blocks, including but not limited to:

Sewage Treatment Problems

Sewage treatment problems at an office block are unpleasant to say the least. Bad smells or gurgling, overflowing drains can mean that your office could have to close for a period time or, if you rent out your office block, could cause your tenants to wish to leave the premises permanently.

With high levels of use, large workplace canteens and potential periods of disuse, office sewage treatment systems have a heightened risk of overflows, blockages, cracks and more. Likewise, with so many people in the building, it can be difficult to ensure no incorrect items are flushed into the drains, such as wipes or sanitary products. It is therefore crucial that office facilities managers are aware of potential sewage treatment issues, how to prevent them and how to solve them.

Preventing Office Sewage Treatment Problems

To prevent any drainage issues in the first instance, it can be beneficial to educate occupants on what cannot be flushed down toilets and installing grease traps in any canteens. It is also important that your drainage system is maintained or serviced regularly by a professional drainage company to ensure the early detection of any issues.

Resolving Office Sewage Treatment Problems

If there are warning signs that your system is struggling, such as saturated ground where the tank has been installed and unpleasant odours coming from toilets, sinks, drains, it is critical that you contact sewage treatment professionals such as ourselves immediately. We can undertake the most appropriate tests to diagnose the issue and advise you on the best course of action. In turn, this will help you to quickly overcome any inconvenience caused for your office and its occupants.

From the moment Stuart and Nathan arrived to install the septic plant system I was confident that we were in good hands. They were friendly and easy to talk to whilst being completely professional and extremely knowledgeable about their work. We were kept informed every step of the way and they did exactly what they said. There were a few little problems along the way, nothing ever goes smoothly, but they were dealt with efficiently and professionally. They worked extremely hard and the land looked better after they had installed and levelled everything than it did before! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and especially Stuart and Nathan to anyone.

From start to finish I had trust in the team. We wanted one company who would do the entire project and that is what we got. Delivered on time and no hidden costs. Any queries were promptly and satisfactorily answered. Thank you to Ben and Luke for the installation part of the project, a job well completed and the site left tidy afterwards.

I am based in Godalming, Surrey, in a property with a septic tank that had an existing soakaway beginning to fail. Proseptic completed work in January 2019 on installing a new soakaway, lining the existing pipework to avoid future blockages, and doing some repairs to the existing septic tank. Proseptic were top-class from initial email response through to job completion. They have a fantastic team - the initial inspection and quotation was prepared by Tom who was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the work very clearly and simply. This was all supported by a brilliant head-office team made up of Hester and Paula who were super-responsive and professional and fun to deal with. The work started within just a few weeks of the soil test (despite being around the busy Christmas period) and was completed early. All three of the ground team were again excellent - they were hard-working, great at communicating arrival times, and friendly to have around on site all week. They communicated any decisions that needed to be made and kept me informed of all progress. I am delighted with the work and my experience with Proseptic - it appears high quality and meets the clearly outlined statement of work. I wholeheartedly recommend Proseptic for any septic sank / soakaway work, and personally will be using them without hesitation for any future works or periodic checks required on the system.

I recently had a Solido sewage treatment plant fitted by Proseptic and I was very pleased with their service and competitive pricing. From beginning to end they were friendly and courteous. They kept us informed of their progress and when they were finished they left our garden as they found it. Would definitely recommend them.
