I am based in Godalming, Surrey, in a property with a septic tank that had an existing soakaway beginning to fail. Proseptic completed work in January 2019 on installing a new soakaway, lining the existing pipework to avoid future blockages, and doing some repairs to the existing septic tank. This was all supported by a brilliant head-office team made up of Hester and Paula who were super-responsive and professional and fun to deal with. The work started within just a few weeks of the soil test (despite being around the busy Christmas period) and was completed early.
